Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with our Natural Language Enhancer service. However, due to the direct API costs associated with AI processing and the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is strictly defined to prevent abuse.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

A 7-day money-back guarantee is available ONLY if 0 paid credits have been used. If you purchase a subscription or a credit pack and decide within 7 days that you do not wish to use the service, you are eligible for a full refund provided no paid rewrites or API requests have been executed on your account.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds once any paid rewrite quota has been consumed. Specifically:

• If you have utilized 1 or more paid credits (or processed any text through the paid API), the associated processing costs have been incurred, and your purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.
• Subscription renewals are non-refundable. It is your sole responsibility to manage and cancel your recurring subscription before the next billing cycle begins.
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., using the tool for illegal activities) forfeit any right to a refund.
