We provide a SaaS tool that enhances text readability, optimizes phrasing for SEO, and improves overall audience engagement. The Service utilizes an advanced linguistic engine designed to process and output natural-sounding language.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business, creative, and marketing purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any illegal activities.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, or legally prohibited content.

Violation of these acceptable use terms will result in immediate account termination without eligibility for a refund.

4. Payments and Billing

All financial transactions and payments are securely processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to automatic recurring billing according to the terms of the plan you selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific business outcomes, or flawless language outputs. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
